The ongoing evolution of the Law and the higher complexity of social and legal relations led the Law professionals to specialize in several different segments. Alert to the current market trends and realizing that many problems faced by companies refer to Consumer Rights, our Office has joined a skilled staff with know-how and expertise related to this area, aiming to offer high quality and personalized services therein.

In this context, our objective is, firstly, to render services in a preventive way, in order to effectively reduce the costs incurred by our clients with the payment of multiple indemnities, due to the lack of effective measures for the prevention of damages.

Secondly, our aim is also to perform in a fast and effective way in the ongoing legal suits, minimizing future ones and avoiding that apparently less important complaints can result in inspection and/or fines by PROCON, which can be based on a percentage of the company´s revenue.

So, in order to achieve these objectives, our office has skilled professionals specialized in both Consumer Rights and Civil Responsibility, with an adequate structure and capacity for a detailed follow-up and management of ongoing suits, as well as a team of attorneys and university professors to develop and coordinate measures to be taken by the company, thus avoiding new court actions and reducing indemnity costs due to non-compliance to the Code, including for moral damages.
